Dolphin Coast Properties is represented by André Conradie who is working as a independent contractor for RE/MAX Dolphin Properties which is independently owned and operated.

André arrived in Ballito in 2003 from Greytown where he was co-owner in a small business. After starting marketing residential property under the Pam Golding banner he had to learn fast and compete with over 120 agents from various agencies.

In 2005 he achieved Gold Club status and in 2007 was the top agent for Pam Golding in KZN and a Top 20 National Finalist.  In 2008 he was Pam Golding Properties KZN runner up.

After joining RE/MAX Dolphin at the end of 2009, he received RE/MAX Millionaire’s Club Award in 2011.  In 2013 he received Hall of Fame and Chairman’s Club Award and in 2014 he become a proud member of the Premiere Club which he again received early in 2015 and 2016.  He was also announced as top individual agent in RE/MAX Dolphin for 2015 as well as top 5 individual RE/MAX agents in KwaZulu Natal.

He specializes in residential and holiday homes and is accredited to sell in Zimbali Coastal Estate, Simbithi Eco Estate, Palm Lakes Estate and Hilltop Estate.
